Settlement Size: $5.54 Billion

Class Members Eligible for the Payment Card Interchange Fee Settlement: All persons, businesses, and other entities that have accepted any Visa-Branded Cards and/or Mastercard-Branded Cards in the United States at any time from January 1, 2004 to January 25, 2019, except that the Rule 23(b)(3) Settlement Class shall not include (a) the Dismissed Plaintiffs, (b) the United States government, (c) the named Defendants in this Action or their directors, officers, or members of their families, or (d) financial institutions that have issued Visa-Branded Cards or Mastercard-Branded Cards or acquired Visa-Branded Card transactions or Mastercard-Branded Card transactions at any time from January 1, 2004 to January 25, 2019.

Disclaimer: On January 24, 2019, the Court granted preliminary approval of the settlement filed on September 18, 2018, for Rule 23(b)(3) Class Plaintiffs in this action. No claim forms are available at this time, and no claim-filing deadline exists. Settlement Size: $1.2 Billion

Deadline: June 18, 2020

Class Members Eligible for the Auto Parts Indirect Antitrust Settlement: Bought or leased a new motor vehicle in the U.S. (not for resale), or paid to replace one or more of the new motor vehicle parts listed in the notice (not for resale). Lithium Ion Indirect Settlement

Settlement Size: $64 Million

Deadline: November 29,2017

Class Members Eligible for the Lithium Ion Indirect Antitrust Settlement:  purchased products, not for resale, containing lithium-ion cylindrical batteries, such as portable computers, power tools, camcorders, and other products (including the purchase of replacement batteries) between January 1,2000 and May 31,2011. Settlement Size: $345 Million

Class Members Eligible for the Containerboard Direct Antitrust Settlement: Purchased Containerboard Products, including linerboard, corrugated medium, rollstock, corrugated sheets and corrugated products, including displays, boxes and other containers directly from one or more of the Defendants between February 15, 2004 and November 8, 2010. Urethane Antitrust Settlement

Settlement Size: $835 Million

Deadline: July 25, 2017

Class Members Eligible for Urethane Antitrust Settlement: You are included if you purchased eligible Polyether Polyol Products directly from Bayer, BASF, Dow Chemical, Huntsman International or Lyondell Chemical at any time from January 1, 1999 through December 31, 2003 in the United States and its territories. “Polyether Polyol Products” are: propylene oxide-based polyether polyols (polyols); monomeric or polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanates (MMDI or PMDI – collectively, MDI); toluene diisocyanates (TDI); MDI-TDI blends; or propylene oxide-based polyether polyol systems (except those that also contain polyester polyols).

Washington State Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Indirect Settlement

Settlement Size: $63 Million

Deadline: Sept 30, 2016

Class Members Eligible for the Washington State Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Indirect Settlement: Washington state businesses, consumers or government entities who bought a television, computer monitor, notebook computer, color-screen cell phone or color-screen iPod between January 1, 1998 and December 1, 2006 that contained a flat panel screen for their own use and not for resale.

Illinois State Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Indirect Settlement

Settlement Size: $104.646 Million

Deadline: Oct 4,2016

Class Members Eligible for the Illinois State Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Indirect Settlement: Illinois state businesses, consumers or government entities who bought a television, monitor, notebook computer, color-screen cell phone or color-screen iPod between January 1, 1998 and December 31, 2006 that contained a Flat Panel Screen for their own use and not for resale.

Freight Forwarders Settlement

Settlement Size: $197.6 Million (2nd Group)

Deadline: March 31, 2016 (2nd Group)

Class Members Eligible for Freight Forwarders Settlement: You are included in the one or more of the Freight Forwarders Settlements as a Class Member if you directly purchased Freight Forwarding Services from any of the Defendants, their subsidiaries, or affiliates in the United States OR outside the United States but for shipments within, to, or from the United States from January 1, 2001 through September 14, 2012.

Flexible Polyurethane Foam Indirect Settlement

Settlement Size: $151.3 Million

Deadline: February 29, 2016

Class Members Eligible for the Flexible Polyurethane Foam Indirect Antitrust Settlement: You may be included in these Settlements if: you bought, not for resale, any upholstered furniture (for example, a sofa with foam cushions), or carpet underlay (also known as carpet padding or carpet cushion), or bedding product (for example, mattresses, mattress toppers, or pillows) containing flexible polyurethane foam that was manufactured in the United States; and which you purchased during the time period January 1, 1999 to August 1, 2015; and which you purchased in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin or the District of Columbia.

Cathode Ray Tube (“CRT”) Direct Settlement

Settlement Size: $149.2 Million

Deadline: December 10, 2015

Class Members Eligible for Cathode Ray Tube (“CRT”) Direct Settlement: All persons and entities who, between March 1, 1995 and November 25, 2007, directly purchased a CRT Product in the United States from any Defendant or subsidiary or affiliate thereof, or any co-conspirator.

Settlement Size: $576.5 Million

Deadline: December 7th, 2015
